Statement of Purpose

 

I. To develop less expensive and more capable scientific instruments so that these may be made affordable and accessible to institutions such as universities, smaller research companies, and the general public.

 

II. To conduct scientific research into alternative energy systems with the aim of reducing our dependence on fossil fuels and thereby mitigating the concomitant negative strategic, environmental and societal impacts upon the general welfare.

 

III. To provide the results of research into the development of the minds of children to educators and to promote curricula synced with the developmental levels of children rather than arbitrary age groupings.

 

IV. To provide educational resource materials in the areas of mathematics and science consistent with this developmental view.

 

 

History

 

 

 

As evidence of our accomplishments in pursuit of item I, we note that when we began there were about four instruments known as VISARs in existence, all at National Laboratories in the US.  Through our efforts there are now over thirty of our FDVI systems in use around the world, most at Universities and other Educational institutions including:.
